Starting today, July 27, Impossible “burger” grounds are now available at more than 5,000 grocery stores across the country, including TJ’s as well as grocery chains like Kroger. At Trader Joe’s, the Impossible burger grounds cost $7.99 for a 12-ounce package. That’s likely more than you’d pay per pound for ground beef, but if you’re looking to cut down on your meat consumption (whether for health or for ethical reasons), it may be worth it.
