Whether it is watery, fibrous, or adipose, cellulite is unsightly, even if it is naturally present, especially in women. Here are some tips to minimize it.
Massage is an excellent anti-cellulite if done well.
Devices exist, but it is also possible to carry out manual massages by performing circular gestures to activate blood circulation, and palpate-roll to “break” the fat cells and promote lipolysis.
The sport does not make you lose weight as such but allows you to transform fat into muscles, which gives a more harmonious silhouette. Also, sport regulates appetite and reduces snacking.
The ideal is to devote 30 minutes a day to physical activity, which can be moderate such as walking, or more cardio oriented, such as jogging, for example, depending on your appetite for the sport.
Bet on coffee
Caffeine is a molecule that limits the multiplication of fat cells and prevents the storage of fat. It is present in coffee, but also in green tea or guarana, two recognized fat-burning active ingredients.
You can, therefore, buy a slimming cream based on coffee, or, more simply, massage yourself daily with the coffee grounds.
Use a suction cup
Suction cups are used in traditional Chinese medicine to boost blood circulation and break down fat cells to evacuate the fat inside (= lipolysis). The suction cups are found in pharmacies and supermarkets. Lace it on the area to be treated after having emptied the air and make movements in a horizontal direction from bottom to top, then in the vertical direction.
Drink an infusion of cherry tails
The cherry tail helps detoxify the body and promotes circulation, which is often reduced in the case of cellulite. To drain the fat cells, infuse a handful of cherry tails in simmering water, cover, and wait 10 minutes before drinking. Ready-to-use sachets are also commercially available, better to prefer organic.
Use essential oils
Certain essential oils have draining and decongestant properties. This is the case of green cypress and Egyptian geranium, which improve the tone of the skin. in order to drain toxins, essential oils of juniper and fennel are preferred. Eucalyptus essential oil, on the other hand, accelerates the breakdown of fat cells.
NB: essential oils must always be diluted in vegetable oil.
Hydrate to drain
Hydrating helps maintain good circulation and good exchanges in the body, thus preventing stagnation of fat. It is recommended to drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day to which will eventually be added birch sap, an effective drainer.
Green tea is also a drink known for its draining effects, like coconut water, which is very sweet.
Consume less salt and sugar
Salt promotes water retention, which causes aqueous cellulite (= water). Replace it with spices that activate blood circulation and increase body temperature, thereby promoting lipolysis.
Also, limit sugar as it turns into fat in the body.
Stress promotes the secretion of a hormone, cortisol, which helps weight gain, especially abdominal fat. Conversely, endorphins, hormones of happiness induce a state of relaxation and allow better elimination of waste by the body.
